Fortrea was looking for a Contract negotiator

The Contract Negotiator will serve as the primary contact for investigative sites in Türkiye, leading the negotiation of initial and amended contracts and budgets. This role supports clinical trial start-up and maintenance by managing regulatory submissions, tracking timelines, and providing expertise to internal teams and sites at Fortrea.

What You'll Do

  • Perform initial and amended contract and budget negotiations with the sites
  • Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites during start-up and maintenance
  • Prepare and manage essential regulatory documents for submissions
  • Track timelines, flag risks, and support the team with regulatory expertise
  • Act as a knowledge resource to train or mentor junior colleagues, when applicable

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience with contract negotiation
  • Good knowledge of local procedures (submissions and communication via site portals)
  • Good knowledge of MOH tariffs and their implementation in the site budgets
  • Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
  • Proficient English language skills

  • Experience with Turkish MOH regulatory systems and sites portals
