The Contract Negotiator will serve as the primary contact for investigative sites in Türkiye, leading the negotiation of initial and amended contracts and budgets. This role supports clinical trial start-up and maintenance by managing regulatory submissions, tracking timelines, and providing expertise to internal teams and sites at Fortrea.
What You'll Do
- Perform initial and amended contract and budget negotiations with the sites
- Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites during start-up and maintenance
- Prepare and manage essential regulatory documents for submissions
- Track timelines, flag risks, and support the team with regulatory expertise
- Act as a knowledge resource to train or mentor junior colleagues, when applicable
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience with contract negotiation
- Good knowledge of local procedures (submissions and communication via site portals)
- Good knowledge of MOH tariffs and their implementation in the site budgets
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Proficient English language skills
