M3 USA is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of client, supplier, partner, and third-party contracts. In this remote role, you’ll analyze terms, identify risks, and develop negotiation strategies while coordinating closely with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full contract lifecycle including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
- Review and analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms to identify risks and ensure alignment with company policy and laws.
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead or support negotiations in time-sensitive situations; recommend alternatives and escalate non-standard terms.
- Draft, revise, and prepare contract documents for internal review, approval, and signature, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
- Coordinate the contract review process and solicit input from internal stakeholders such as Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and Management.
- Evaluate and manage requests for contract changes, including amendments, change orders, and revisions to Statements of Work.
- Administer executed agreements by tracking key obligations, deliverables, milestones, renewals, and notice periods.
- Maintain and continuously improve contract administration policies, systems, procedures, templates, standard clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contract interpretation and commercial terms; support training and process communications.
- Maintain accurate contract records and reporting in contract management tools; develop and monitor metrics and KPIs.
- Support commercial contract matters related to licensing agreements, data use arrangements, renewals, and new business.
