At RS Group, we’re looking for a National Contract Manager to join our ANZ team. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, maximise contract value, and deliver measurable outcomes that strengthen long-term customer relationships and drive revenue performance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct site visits, audits, and follow-up actions to ensure contract delivery and compliance.
- Drive sales growth and maximise contract revenue across RS’s full product and service offering.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer operations, align solutions to KPIs, and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report performance against contract KPIs, including competitor insights and market trends.
- Lead and develop the contract team, driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Support tender submissions, proposals, and customer queries with accurate and timely information.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards, and manage budgets effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Contract Management or Procurement.
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or experience working in Project Management or Maintenance Management.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Ability to effectively co-ordinate tasks and exert excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
