Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals, modifications, quotes, and procurement tasks
- Provide internal departments with guidance on contractual terms and procurement procedures
- Handle relationships with suppliers and customers, covering onboarding and continued support
- Assist in preparing submissions for tenders and framework agreements
- Ensure contract records and data are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulations
- Administer purchase orders, payment schedules, and fulfillment of contractual duties
- Participate in contract and account review discussions
- Help improve processes related to contracting and procurement operations
- Support the Contracts Assistant with daily tasks and professional development
