CALSTART is looking for a Contract Junior Business Analyst to join our mission-driven work. We are an industry organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air for all. In this role, you will translate complex program policies and business needs into clear, testable software requirements for multiple program teams using Salesforce and related tools, ensuring work is well-defined and fully integrated into development and testing practices.

What You'll Do

Translate complex program policies and business needs into clear, testable software requirements.
Focus on requirements quality and SDLC execution to ensure work entering delivery is well-defined and measurable.
Partner closely with Senior BA, Program teams, Project/Program Managers, Salesforce Admins, Developers (internal and vendor), and QA/UAT stakeholders.
Drive clarity, reduce rework, and support consistent delivery outcomes from intake through release.
Create structure and a single source of truth across UAT, backlog management, and solution alignment to protect delivery momentum.
