Fixpoint is hiring a First-Line Supervisor of Entertainment and Recreation Workers for a contract research project with a leading AI company. You will use your frontline experience to help shape how next-generation AI understands real-world entertainment operations.
What You'll Do
- Explain the challenges and required skillsets of your job as a First-Line Supervisor.
- Explain what excellence looks like in your profession.
- Design questions related to your occupation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation.
- Native-level English skills.
- U.S. residency.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous).
Nice to Have
- Experience with event planning.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
Work Mode
This is a global, fully remote contract position. The work is asynchronous and completed on your own schedule.
