The Contract Corporate Recruiter - EMEA will support NinjaOne's growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for business teams across EMEA, focusing initially on Technical Support roles. This role partners with hiring managers to source, assess, and close top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Schedule and conduct phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates
- Arrange and host onsite interviews and virtual interviews
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in accordance with hiring goals and budget
- Partner with our Global Talent Acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, networking and research
- Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations, remote and onsite across EMEA
- Work in a high-volume recruiting environment, balancing multiple priorities with an initial focus on supporting Technical Support teams with the ability to flex to other areas as needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers creating job descriptions
- Perform other duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting for top talent, ideally for hyper growth technology companies
- Ability to speak business fluent German and English (mandatory)
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles including Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Support and Tech
- Polished verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
- Desire to improve as a recruiter and strategic business partner
- A positive, goal focused, team-oriented approach to your work
