Every is looking for a Contract Analyst to be the center of competency for our contract set-up process. You'll facilitate all contract set-up, validations, uploads, scanning, filing, and quality assurance, ensuring strict adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Assure customer contract requirements are met through the SAP contract entry process, reviewing content and ensuring accuracy and completeness within 1 business day of receipt.
- Receive and manage all submitted contracts, approvals, and execution while adhering to all audit and SOX compliance guidelines.
- Adhere to all quality assurance processes in the set-up and maintenance of contracts in SAP.
- Resolve all process and procedural issues in a timely manner and provide escalations to the Team Lead and Management.
- Execute all user management requests within 24 hours, ensuring set-ups adhere to Information Management and audit requirements.
- Support sales and other business partner inquiries and assignments with a same-day turnaround.
- Accurately execute all customer contract uploads within 24 hours, tracking and ensuring adherence to departmental processes.
- Perform reporting, statistical compilations, and data entry for update requirements.
- Identify customer issues within SAP processes and make recommendations for resolution, escalating to leadership as needed.
- Undertake special assignments or projects only when approved by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Experience in contract administration.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be comfortable working in night shift.
