Work Flexibility: Remote Become an integral part of Stryker's Contract Activation team by contributing to precise contract activation and pricing for clients. In the role of Contract Activation Analyst, you'll oversee Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) memberships, manage contract administration, and drive strategic process enhancements that elevate operational efficiency and compliance. This position offers a pathway to developing expertise in contract lifecycle management while supporting pivotal business functions. What You Will Do - Manage GPO and IDN contracts across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate pricing and membership validation - Execute Letters of Commitment (LOCs), GPO modifications, and price activations consistent with contractual guidelines - Sustain GPO and IDN membership records and implement systematic audit protocols to confirm precision - Evaluate customer data and sales metrics to assess LOC submissions and pricing qualifications - Facilitate contract audit responses by providing comprehensive documentation and pricing information to internal and external parties - Engage with Customer Solutions team throughout the contract activation process - Recognize and implement procedural optimizations to enhance operational effectiveness and regulatory adherence - Cultivate relationships with internal departments like Contracting and Customer Intelligence to guarantee seamless workflows What You Will Need Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline - Minimum 1 year of professional experience Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency with, and/or certification in contract lifecycle management and rebate & fee calculation technologies (e.g., Model N) and ERPs - Background in medical device or technology sector $60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
