HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Guide the regional sales team to drive and sustain revenue growth and margin expansion, achieving specific regional objectives within the replacement products channel organization. This remote-based position oversees the Western United States region, encompassing CA, AZ, NM, CO, NV, WY, OR, WA, MT, UT, ID, AK, and HI, with direct reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets
- Develop regional strategies for top-line and bottom-line expansion
- Maintain key customer relationships
- Enhance sales representatives' skill sets and performance
- Provide strategic feedback to sales and marketing management
- Manage personnel performance and development
- Coach sales team in establishing professional client relationships
- Require extensive travel (>50% time)
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 7 years sales experience
- Demonstrated role-relevant capabilities

- Experience with direct and distribution channel sales
- 3 years management experience
- Proficient in MS Office

Compensation Range: $101,600 - $127,000 annually, plus quarterly variable sales incentive bonus.
