CaseGuard is hiring a Content Writer to generate blog posts, analyze client data for redaction best practices, create social media content, and formulate content strategies. You'll join a company passionate about applying technical expertise and creativity to solve clients' challenges.
What You'll Do
- Create captivating content including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
- Conduct thorough research on topics such as AI, Redaction, and FOIA.
- Perform SEO optimization for blogs and website content.
- Create newsletters and manage their distribution.
- Write feature descriptions for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Create and maintain user-friendly help manuals for software products.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop scripts and content for videos, landing pages, and the website.
- Develop and manage content strategies and editorial calendars.
- Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Review and edit content for grammatical accuracy, style, and tone.
- Work cross-functionally to generate writing-based campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
- Must be a creative thinker and approach the role strategically.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills.
- Knowledge and active use of social media.
- Superb writing, research, editing, and proofreading skills under deadline.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different writing styles and formats.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly, balance multiple tasks, and provide quick return on documentation projects.
- Ability to generate fresh ideas and creative content.
Nice to Have
- Experience converting technical or product specifications into sales copy.
- Written Spanish capabilities.
