As a Content Specialist on the Growth team, you’ll play a central role in crafting and refining content that influences user behavior across the entire conversion funnel. Your work will directly impact how audiences engage with digital experiences, using writing as a tool to improve performance and clarity.
What You’ll Do
- Write, test, and refine content for landing pages, CTAs, value propositions, and user flows as part of structured CRO experiments.
- Analyze content performance using data and user insights to identify opportunities and inform future iterations.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product teams to align messaging with user needs and business goals.
- Contribute ideas during ideation and prioritization sessions, helping shape the roadmap for conversion improvements.
- Ensure content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand voice across formats and touchpoints.
- Communicate the rationale behind content choices to stakeholders, highlighting performance outcomes and learnings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or growth marketing within a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Exceptional command of English with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Comfort interpreting dashboards and performance metrics to guide content decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- At least four years in roles focused on content, growth, or conversion optimization.
Experience with Figma is a bonus, and familiarity with growth marketing or A/B testing frameworks is highly valued. You thrive in fast-moving environments where creativity meets data.
