The Content Specialist, Growth is a key contributor to the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team at lightspeedhq, responsible for creating, testing, and refining content across the user journey. This role works closely with CRO specialists, UX designers, web developers, and product partners to deliver impactful, data-driven content that improves conversion rates and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Plan, write, and iterate on content across multiple channels.
- Maintain high content quality and consistency through thoughtful planning, clean execution, and timely updates.
- Develop content as part of CRO experiments: headlines, value propositions, messaging frameworks, CTAs, page structure.
- Proactively use data, research, and insights to continuously analyze and improve content effectiveness for target audiences.
- Contribute creative ideas and informed recommendations to CRO ideation, prioritization, and iteration cycles.
- Closely partner with UX Designers to explore alternative user journeys, contributing content inputs and insights.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and efficiently communicate the value of content optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent writing and editing skills (English C2 level)
- Strong content management skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple content initiatives across different formats and stages of the funnel
- Data-driven mindset: comfort working with performance metrics and dashboards, ability to back up content decisions with data and user insights, interest in learning from experiments and applying those learnings to future iterations, desire to understand the full-funnel picture.
- End-to-end ownership mentality and proactive collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, Web Developers, and Data partners.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, content, copywriting, or growth-related roles
- Hands-on experience working with performance-oriented or conversion-focused content
Nice to Have
- Background in growth marketing, CRO, or experimentation is a strong plus.
- Basic Figma experience is a bonus, but not required.
