Lago is seeking a Content Producer to own the creation and management of social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. In this role, you will be responsible for content strategy, planning, execution, and performance reporting, requiring a confident on-camera presence and close collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Work with Paige to maintain and optimize the content calendar for all platforms.
- Ideate and propose creative concepts for TikTok content.
- Organize monthly photoshoots with Paige and UGC creators to produce content for all social platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end process of video production, from concept development to final delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
- Track social benchmarks and content performance to inform and tailor strategy.
- Assist in deciding which content should be run as ads once paid campaigns begin.
- Identify exceptionally performing content for potential ad use.
