About the Role

GrowthX AI is hiring a Content Operations Specialist who blends technical workflow automation with editorial judgment. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between content creation and final delivery, optimizing processes with LLMs and automation tools to ensure high-quality, scalable outputs.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and optimize content workflows using no-code/low-code tools and publicly available LLMs to produce high-quality content drafts.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in existing content processes and implement solutions using appropriate tools.
  • Apply an editor's eye to evaluate content outputs, identifying patterns in LLM performance and adjusting workflows to address quality issues.
  • Develop effective prompt strategies that significantly improve first-draft quality and reduce editing time.
  • Collaborate with content specialists to implement workflow solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor workflow performance and content quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document processes and create guides to help team members effectively utilize automation tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience with workflow management or process optimization, with demonstrable projects involving content production systems.
  • 1-3 years of content experience in writing, editing, or managing content production.
  • Practical experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion automations) or similar workflow platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and ability to craft effective prompts for content creation.
  • Understanding of content structure, flow, clarity, and voice, especially in marketing or product-driven environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
  • A balanced approach that values both operational efficiency and content quality.

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of APIs and how different tools can be connected in a workflow.
  • Experience with content management systems and publishing platforms.
  • Background in content operations or editorial workflow management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and data-informed content strategy.
  • Some exposure to basic scripting or HTML/CSS.
