The Content Operations Associate ensures high-quality content is published accurately and on schedule, working cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and streamline content workflows.
Responsibilities
- Verify and input experience details into the content management system

- Update and maintain content calendars for publishing schedules
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies across platforms
- Support the creation of standardized content templates

- Track content performance metrics and report findings
- Assist in optimizing content operations processes
- Manage revisions and updates to existing content entries
- Coordinate with translators for multilingual content
- Maintain documentation for content procedures
- Flag potential compliance or policy concerns in content
- Respond to internal requests for content data
- Support onboarding of new content contributors
- Audit published content for accuracy and completeness
- Troubleshoot publishing errors in coordination with tech teams
- Prioritize tasks based on launch timelines and urgency
- Provide feedback to improve content tools and systems
