Responsibilities
- Transfer legacy content into new digital platforms
- Verify data integrity during migration processes
- Format and standardize content according to updated guidelines
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in source material
- Support quality assurance checks for migrated assets
- Document procedures and maintain migration logs
- Collaborate with project leads to meet deadlines
- Assist in developing templates for content structure
- Review metadata accuracy for searchability
- Flag outdated or redundant content for review
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
- Track progress using project management tools
- Communicate updates to team members
- Perform post-migration validation testing
- Adapt to evolving project requirements
