Bitfinex is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own our content strategy and drive measurable growth through targeted initiatives. In this remote role, you will shape our brand narrative, educate our audience, and promote our platform and products across the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
- Collaborate across functions to align content initiatives with business objectives.
- Create audience-centric content and optimize the user journey to conversion.
- Establish editorial governance to ensure a consistent brand voice, style, and tone.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar and organizational workflows.
- Oversee channel management for digital content hubs and all supporting social channels, including email and newsletter distribution.
- Regularly measure, analyze, and optimize program performance.
- Manage creative resources, including designers, writers, and external agency relationships.
- Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive demand.
- Create and present executive presentations on program approaches and results.
- Write and produce well-sourced editorial content that educates and informs.
- Edit Bitfinex Alpha, our flagship research product.
- Majorly contribute to the Bitfinex blog and lead educational initiatives with our partners and listed projects.
- Promote research and trading ideas in external forums to enhance Bitfinex’s thought leadership recognition.
- Promote Bitfinex exchange products as well as Bitfinex Securities products.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
- An editorial mindset focused on understanding audience consumption and content creation.
- Ability to analyze and report on content and social performance.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Google Analytics, plus knowledge of top social channels.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities in a complex environment and deliver results in engagement, leads, and sales.
