Content Marketing Manager (English & German)
We're on the hunt for a content wizard who can transform complex ideas into magnetic storytelling. If you're a strategic mastermind who loves diving into data and knows exactly how to make B2B content sing and convert, this role has your name written all over it.
What you'll do:
- Take full ownership of WorkMotion's end-to-end content strategy — from brainstorming killer ideas to managing content calendars and collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Craft meticulously researched, top-tier content in English and German: landing pages, articles, emails, guides, whitepapers, research reports — you name it
- Own our social media presence from conception to execution. Create posts people actually want to read and engage with (LinkedIn's our primary playground, but we're active on Facebook, Instagram, and beyond)
- Master the delicate dance between AI efficiency and authentic, genuinely compelling content
- Implement rock-solid SEO practices to ensure our content ranks and resonates
- Manage multiple projects and external partnerships with PR agencies, freelancers, and video producers. Handle timelines, briefs, and reviews like a pro
- Measure content performance to guarantee we're not just creating great content, but generating leads and delivering real value
- Experiment with dynamic formats like short-form videos, animations, and visual storytelling alongside our Graphic Designer. You've got a killer design eye and know how to brief creatives
What you bring:
- 3–4 years of content marketing experience (B2B SaaS or HR tech background? Extra points!)
- A portfolio that educates, engages, and converts. You're proud of your work and know what moves the needle
- Native or fluent English and German skills (We primarily operate in English, but bilingual prowess is key)
- Proven experience managing content calendars, juggling projects, and collaborating cross-functionally
- A genuine passion for content analytics. You test, learn, and iterate
- Basic SEO and AI content tool knowledge, with an insatiable appetite for continuous learning
- Self-motivated and capable of crushing it with minimal supervision
