My Money Matters is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own how we tell our product story, ensuring it resonates with our audience. Your work will be rooted in a deep understanding of our mission to help public sector workers get more from their money and our focus on building the future of financial wellbeing in the workplace.
What You'll Do
- Own product content creation across web, collateral, email, and employer-facing channels, rooted in what the company does and why it matters.
- Spend time with users and employer partners to develop a genuine feel for how they think and what they need to hear.
- Coordinate messaging and content for new product and feature launches, from first brief to final publish, working with product and sales teams.
- Manage content workstreams, briefs, timelines, and dependencies across a fast-moving team with minimal friction.
- Support sales enablement with employer pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection-handling materials for the B2B team.
What We're Looking For
- An outstanding writer with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing across formats and audiences.
- Tech-savvy with experience taking complex, technical products and making them simple through copy.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver high volumes of quality work to deadline.
- Strong project management skills, trusted by stakeholders to manage workload and flag issues proactively.
- Experience writing compellingly for both B2B business buyers and B2C end consumers.
- High agency with examples of work initiated independently, from idea spotting to delivery.
