Monks is seeking a Content Creator to join our team in the Santiago area. This social-first creative role involves developing culturally relevant content across a variety of platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging ideas and managing the daily community and moderation of brand social channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and creative teams.
- Manage day-to-day social media content across channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content for each platform.
- Spot social opportunities within wider creative ideas, with a focus on Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Develop a monthly social editorial calendar and align with the wider content team.
- Create content in-the-moment in response to social trends.
- Ensure legal compliance of content regarding copyright and data protection.
- Develop innovative creative in response to client briefs and identify proactive opportunities.
- Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues.
- Amend and redevelop content in response to feedback.
- Understand performance metrics and use them to inform future creative development.
- Be responsible for the full creative funnel, from ideation to creation.
- Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative for an agency or brand.
- Experience developing exciting social executions for brands.
- Experience crafting reactive content in response to social trends.
- Must be at ease recording content and appearing on-camera, with capability to manage the end-to-end production process, including copywriting and creative development.
- Video editing is a 'must'. You must be an independent creator capable of managing projects from concept to completion, including basic editing of your own content.

Work Mode
This role is based in the Santiago area (Chile) and operates in a local-city work mode.
