In this key position, you will support content creation and management for Sirius Facilities in Germany and BizSpace in the UK. You'll focus on crafting compelling communications for both internal and external platforms, playing a central role in our engagement strategy.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging and relevant text, image, and video content for internal communication on Workvivo for Sirius Facilities and BizSpace employees.
- Ensure all content complies with corporate guidelines and actively promotes employee engagement.
- Develop strategic content for LinkedIn to strengthen brand image, demonstrate expertise, and increase company visibility.
- Track current trends and best practices to ensure LinkedIn content is relevant and engaging.
- Further develop and maintain an editorial plan to structure content creation across various platforms and projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure content aligns with and supports company goals and messages.
- Design effective internal communications to ensure all relevant information and updates reach employees.
- Coordinate closely with the Lead Internal Communication and Engagement Director to optimize communication strategies.
- Create, edit, and optimize image, video, and graphic material for various channels.
- Ensure a consistent visual language aligned with corporate guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in creating text, image, and video content for internal and external communication.
- Confident handling of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Creativity combined with a strong sense for trends and target audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement an editorial plan.
- Good knowledge of image and video editing tools.
- Structured, independent, and proactive way of working.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
