hey contact heroes GmbH is seeking a Helpdesk Agent (m/w/d) to provide 1st level support for citizens using online tax solutions in Switzerland. You will handle inquiries via phone and email from your home office.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st level user and application support in a tax software environment.
- Process customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Register, classify, and document incident cases.
- Forward fault reports to 2nd-level support when independent resolution is not possible.
- Ensure telephone availability and response time during agreed service hours (block times).
What We're Looking For
- Service-oriented, friendly, and confident personality with IT affinity.
- Very good Italian language skills, both oral and written.
- A quiet working environment and fast internet must be guaranteed.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Helpdesk Agent.
- (Swiss) German language skills.
