Cache Ventures is hiring a Content Creator to drive revenue growth through social media management, compelling content creation, and innovative projects. You will plan, create, star in, and distribute content to increase brand awareness and engagement for our brand.
What You'll Do
- Create content for all platforms with mastery in at least one, such as TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Emailable.
- Transform branded content into engaging assets using diverse video and imagery.
- Continuously refine design and editing skills using industry-standard software and platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets while staying updated with industry trends.
- Pitch potential video concepts verbally and through written outlines.
- Analyze social media data and incorporate findings into future content.
- Gather video performance data to help optimize the post-production process.
- Organize and distribute final deliverables for publishing; potentially publish content directly to platforms.
- Problem-solve through all areas of the production process.
- Contribute to conversations about brand strategy and internal systems.
- Establish effective ways to repurpose content for multiple platforms.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital content.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing software, and social media platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine interest in what makes content shareable and viral.
- Ability to work in small teams as well as independently.
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism, with high emotional intelligence and a willingness to be coached.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An obsession with social strategy.
