  • Manage a healthy pipeline of ongoing content projects to drive growth and meet geodiversity objectives.
  • Track and report on lead conversion, engagement progress, and the performance of acquired content.
  • Build and nurture relationships with researchers, editors, institutions, and societies in priority regions.
  • Support outreach activities, events, and initiatives to strengthen Wiley’s presence in local research communities.
  • Identify and cultivate Guest Editors and authors for special issues, as well as potential candidates for editorial roles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support regional growth objectives.
  • Facilitate two-way sharing of regional insights and feedback between markets and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of content initiatives.
  • Use data and market intelligence to identify high-potential institutions, research communities, and disciplines for content acquisition.
  • Support the Manager in monitoring and reporting progress against strategic goals.
  • Represent Wiley’s journal portfolio at conferences, workshops, and events to engage with the research community.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with research communities or in STM publishing organizations.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • A detail-oriented, results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel, especially within priority regions.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • A passion for expanding geographic representation in academic publishing and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Nice to Have
