- Manage acquisition workflows from initial contact to contract finalization
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and acquisition pipelines
- Monitor market trends to inform acquisition strategies
- Build and sustain relationships with content creators and agents
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property and copyright standards
- Support the development of new content formats and digital products
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contractual terms
- Provide regular reports on acquisition performance and pipeline health
- Assist in setting acquisition budgets and forecasting
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Contribute to strategic planning for content portfolio expansion
