The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering prompt and accurate assistance while maintaining compliance with policies and promoting a positive service culture.
Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via telephone and electronic channels with accuracy and professionalism
- Process account transactions including transfers, payments, and loan requests
- Verify member identities and safeguard confidential financial information
- Resolve service issues efficiently while following established procedures
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services
- Document interactions and update account records in real time
- Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Follow security protocols for account access and data protection
- Promote credit union services in a consultative, non-pushy manner
- Meet performance metrics related to call handling and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Report technical issues related to systems or software promptly
- Support new member onboarding and account setup processes
- Assist with balance inquiries, statement requests, and account maintenance
- Handle requests for lost or stolen cards and initiate replacements
- Provide guidance on digital banking tools and mobile app features
- Answer questions about interest rates, fees, and account terms
- Work in alignment with organizational mission and service values
Compensation
