Nilfisk seeks a Consumer E-Commerce Assistant to join our international team, supporting online sales efforts across European markets. This entry-level role offers the chance to contribute to a global brand with 120 years of history, focusing on content, campaigns, and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update online content for the Shopify webshop
- Support online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo email marketing
- Create and upload new products on Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces
- Contribute to UX improvements across sales channels
- Support customer care for the Italian market
- Translate and proofread content in Italian
- Collaborate with an international team on projects
What We're Looking For
- Recently graduated or with some relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Spanish or other languages
