The Consultant supports client engagements by managing assigned workstreams and helping deliver high-quality outcomes through collaboration with consulting teams and client stakeholders, using practical tools to bring clarity to complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Carry out designated project components and help ensure successful client project delivery.
- Use proven methodologies, models, and industry standards to support effective execution and high-quality results.
- Adapt to various work settings, functioning independently or as part of a client-integrated consulting team.
- Impose clarity and organization on ambiguous challenges within defined project boundaries to enable clear progress.
- Support client projects through solid execution, insightful analysis, and consistent follow-up.
- Recognize areas where the firm can enhance client value through strong delivery and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with project leads and consulting teams to build and maintain strong client relationships over time.
- Engage with client contacts at all levels, from frontline staff to executives, to align objectives and support outcomes.
- Work within a collaborative group of consultants focused on delivering exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with senior advisors, managers, and peers who contribute to your success on client engagements.
Compensation
$100,000 to $130,000 base salary plus variable billing bonus; additional compensation possible through account leadership and business development contributions
Work Arrangement
Remote, hybrid, and on-site options based on client needs

Collaborative team of consultants working across strategy, people, technology, and execution with client teams

- Ability to travel as required by client project demands.
