Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans
- Support deployment of digital solutions at customer sites with attention to compliance and efficiency
- Provide expert guidance during system configuration and integration phases
- Assist in defining workflows that align with industry regulations and client objectives
- Lead training sessions for client teams to ensure effective platform utilization
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during implementation cycles
- Document solution designs and implementation approaches
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Gather feedback to improve solution effectiveness and user adoption
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance throughout deployment
- Manage change requests and adapt project plans accordingly
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
- Support validation activities including test script reviews
- Work within agile project frameworks to deliver iterative improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and industry trends

- Background in clinical operations or content management

- Prior work in regulated software environments
