About the Role

Scout Motors is hiring a Consultant Relations Manager - East to execute Sparrow's go-to-market strategy across strategic partnerships. You'll identify, deepen, and maintain relationships with top brokers, consultants, and channel partners to expand Sparrow's influence across the employee benefits ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and operationalize partner enablement and go-to-market programs for brokers and consultants.
  • Deliver partner-facing resources, training, and sales tools in collaboration with Channel Leadership and Revenue Enablement.
  • Generate pipeline for Account Executives and support in pitches, RFPs, and finalist presentations.
  • Capture and synthesize partner insights to inform product improvements and positioning.
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with brokers, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, managing regular touchpoints and joint planning.
  • Act as a Sparrow ambassador within the partner ecosystem, ensuring consistent messaging and a high-quality partner experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience working with employee benefits brokers, either in a sales capacity at a carrier or point solution or in-house.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong referral partners that influence pipeline.
  • Strong working knowledge of the employee benefits broker and consultant ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on partner engagement with thoughtful prioritization.
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives.
  • Data-informed and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative.

  • Located in or around one of the core East Region geographies: Boston, New York, New Jersey.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Total compensation: $150,000-$170,000 OTE with an 80/20 base/variable split.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in Boston, New York, and New Jersey.
