About the Role
The role involves guiding clients through the deployment of cloud software used in quality management, providing technical and functional expertise to ensure successful adoption, compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on cloud-based quality management systems
- Translate client business needs into technical configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions
- Configure software to align with client-specific workflows
- Support validation activities including test script development
- Provide subject matter expertise during implementation phases
- Conduct system demonstrations and user training sessions
- Gather and document client requirements accurately
- Assist in data migration planning and execution
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend resolutions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in life sciences
- Participate in project planning and timeline management
- Work closely with developers and technical consultants
- Deliver post-go-live support and system optimization
- Produce detailed project documentation and status reports
Nice to Have
- Experience with Veeva Vault Quality or similar platforms
- Background in audit readiness or inspection support
- Prior work with global pharmaceutical clients
- Exposure to agile project delivery methods
- Understanding of electronic records and signatures (21 CFR Part 11)
