Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for assigned projects
- Integrate findings from primary and secondary research into actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct independent research using internal and external data sources to answer client-specific questions
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations
- Engage in internal ideation sessions to shape project direction and recommendations
- Contribute actively to the planning, delivery, and follow-up of internal and client-facing meetings
- Develop client-ready materials, including presentations and reports
- Assist in designing research approaches that align with client objectives
- Take the lead in executing primary research initiatives
- Provide direction on secondary research efforts and overall project strategy alongside the project lead
- Manage key client communications, including weekly check-ins, presentation of deliverables, and coordination on critical updates or clarifications
