You will play a key role in redefining logistics through technology-driven transformation within Capgemini Invent’s Logistics practice. In this position, you’ll help design and implement intelligent solutions for warehouse and transportation systems, leveraging tools like WMS, TMS, OMS, and in-store technologies as part of an integrated supply chain approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects that modernize warehouse and transport operations using digital platforms and automation
- Guide teams in developing operational strategies and enhancing logistics capabilities
- Support business development through proposal creation, client engagement, and participation in sales campaigns
- Contribute to thought leadership by developing whitepapers, attending industry events, and joining internal innovation forums
- Mentor junior consultants and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Support practice growth through recruitment, training, and internal capability-building initiatives
- Apply both agile and waterfall methods to deliver structured, results-driven project outcomes
- Manage stakeholder relationships across global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with client goals
Qualifications and Experience
Successful candidates will have hands-on experience in logistics operations, particularly in warehouse and multimodal transport environments. You should understand process optimization and be familiar with integrated supply chain systems. Prior consulting or business improvement experience is essential, along with a proven ability to manage project delivery and governance.
Strong communication skills are required to report progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels. A customer-centric mindset, combined with experience in budget management and cross-functional collaboration, will support success in this role. Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools within logistics technology implementations is also important.
