Responsibilities
- You actively shape DataGuard’s growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for our InfoSec-aaS product.
- You advise customers on information security using our platform and build scalable ISMS solutions from scratch.
- You act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX®)
- You leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, and higher-quality security consulting outcomes.
- You support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing customers.
- You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable product feedback.
Requirements
- Professional experience in IT and information security
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC2, or TISAX®
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Efficient, AI-driven working style with a mindset to continuously challenge the status quo
- Strong process- and customer-oriented mindset
- Up-to-date IT and information security knowledge
- Interest in data protection topics
- Excellent German and English communication skills
