As a Consultant Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class service throughout the assignment life cycle, ensuring consultants receive superior support for all job-related questions, concerns, or issues while proactively managing communication.
What You'll Do
- Introduce the Communities and Mobile App to consultants, activate profiles, and explain the benefits.
- Introduce the Consultant/Contractor Care Survey NPS Program using scripts for Onboarding, Check-in, and Offboarding Surveys.
- Discuss open End Date Reviews, Job Inquiries, and Refer a Friend cases from the Communities Site & Mobile App.
- Partner with the Talent Experience Team to drive service in supporting accounts.
- Hold weekly calls with the US-based Talent Experience Team to stay on top of cases and consultant issues.
- Engage in monthly Service Touchpoints with consultants using provided scripts.
- Direct consultants to the Communities portal within Connected when receiving referrals.
- Communicate with peers by sharing best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation in applicant tracking systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the Talent Experience Program.
- Utilize Connected in real-time to document all consultant communication.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
- Demonstrated experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Voice Support.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and follow a script when needed.
- Comfortable working with MS Office / Outlook and other relevant tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, while being solutions-focused.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
- Must be amenable to a nightshift schedule and a hybrid work setup (office in the Ortigas Pasig area).
