Responsibilities
- Create an internal framework to assess cost-effectiveness tailored to organizational needs
- Apply the framework to evaluate high-priority programs and initiatives
- Engage with internal teams to refine models based on feedback and practical constraints
- Deliver training and support to ensure long-term use of the modeling tools within the organization
- Prepare analysis and documentation for presentation to funders and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven track record in performing cost-effectiveness analyses for funders aligned with effective altruism principles
- Direct experience developing and using practical models in real-world settings, not limited to theoretical research
- Understanding of concepts including counterfactual impact, attribution, policy influence, and handling uncertainty
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-specialists and convert technical insights into usable tools

- Prior work involving global health programs or policy-related interventions
