What You'll Do
As a Consultant, Clinician, you will conduct remote psychiatric interviews as part of global clinical trials, ensuring consistent and reliable data collection. You'll engage in specialized training programs to maintain high standards in clinical assessment practices and contribute to reducing variability in trial outcomes. After each interview, you will prepare detailed scoring justifications and enter data with precision, supporting the integrity of clinical outcomes.
Requirements
You must hold a Master’s degree, M.D., Ph.D., PsyD, Pharm.D., or be a registered nurse with significant clinical experience, including administration of psychiatric rating scales. A minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric assessments within CROs, rater training, clinical sites, or related fields is required. You should have at least two years of experience in depressive and anxiety disorders, with demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks in fast-moving environments. Proficiency in psychiatric indications, strong written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with eCOA/ePRO systems, telehealth platforms, training videos, and MS Office—particularly Word—is expected.
