Sopra Steria is hiring a Senior Consultant to join the Sopra Steria Next Lyon agency. In this role, you will advise and support clients across various sizes on their digital transformation journeys, with a particular focus on data valorization. You will tackle a mix of strategic, operational, business, and IT challenges.

What You'll Do

Construct Data & IT strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation approaches.
Conduct digital, IT, and data audits and diagnostics.
Support Business/IT transformation programs in steering, Product Owner, or Product Manager capacities.
Identify and qualify functional, digital, data, or AI use cases with Business and IT teams.
Facilitate workshops with user groups.
Implement pragmatic, agile approaches focused on delivering business value.
Conduct scoping studies to identify challenges, analyze systems, benchmark, and build roadmaps.
Develop and implement digital, IT, Data, and AI service offerings.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, specifically in strategy, governance, or steering of data missions.
Proven experience steering transformation projects with strong digital and technological components.
Ability to work with clients of different sizes and handle strategic, operational, business, or IT topics.
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
An IT background and a keen interest in new technologies and 'data' themes.
Autonomous, empathetic, proactive, a good listener, and results-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage comfortably with different stakeholders.
Experience working in teams, sometimes in international contexts.

Nice to Have

Experience having managed a project team.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Sopra Steria Next Lyon agency, a team of approximately 65 employees spread across two sites in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region: Limonest and Clermont Ferrand.
