Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience (Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-use)
  • Expert-level proficiency with MS Project or Primavera and Gantt chart methodologies
  • Ability to intimately study and interpret construction drawings, specs, and scope documents

Nice to Have

  • A "builder" mentality—you enjoy creating structure where none exists

Additional Information

  • 40 hours per week, US Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). This is nonnegotiable.
  • Role Type: Remote (Full-time, Independent Contractor).
