AECOM is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the iconic Stadium of the Future project for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In this role, you will provide overall management administration and technical direction, ensuring the project is constructed to design, budget, and schedule. You will have significant profit and loss responsibility for this major undertaking.
What You'll Do
- Provide overall management administration to the project and assist in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, and maintain a close client interface.
- Ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
What We're Looking For
- A BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar curriculum and 6 years of relevant construction project management experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Nice to Have
- Sports/Stadium or Arena construction experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in project planning & scheduling, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience working with architects, engineers, and designers.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding health and safety codes, ADA requirements, building codes, and fire safety.
- Experience with construction documentation, expenditures, change orders, and subcontractor oversight.
- Experience in project closeout, final inspections, punch-list completion, and proper documentation (e.g., as-built drawings).
- Understanding of commercial food services construction, building codes, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate clearly with all parties to prevent misunderstandings and delays.
- The capacity to address unexpected issues or changes efficiently and effectively.

- Compensation range: USD $98,525.64 - $182,272.43 per year.
