Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a comparable field with a strong design and brand orientation.
- Extensive professional experience in retail design, international store rollout, or brand-driven spatial design, ideally in a leadership position.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in an international environment.
- Confident use of relevant design, planning, and project management software.
- Exceptional sense for brand aesthetics, materials, and spatial storytelling, combined with technical and practical understanding of retail environments.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills with the ability to translate strategic brand values into tangible design solutions.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of independence and responsibility.
