Role Overview
As a Connector, you are the initial voice for client engagement, responsible for initiating conversations with prospects and setting appointments for sales consultations. This fully remote position operates on a night shift schedule and centers on building rapport, using modern tools to track interactions, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients and guide conversations toward scheduled discovery sessions
- Log call outcomes and follow-up details accurately in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Helper to identify, connect with, and nurture leads
- Re-engage inactive or previously unresponsive prospects using structured follow-up sequences
- Provide feedback on recurring client questions, concerns, and talking points
- Operate CRM and automation platforms to streamline outreach and improve response rates
- Collaborate with sales teams by delivering well-qualified appointments
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or appointment setting
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel — required
- Familiarity with CRM systems, dialer software (e.g., 3CX, Salesforce), and digital outreach tools
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional tone on calls
- Ability to work night shifts with reliable, high-speed wired internet
- Access to a laptop or PC running Windows 11 with at least 8GB RAM
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable initiating cold outreach
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on use of LinkedIn outreach tools and strategies
- Background in outbound sales or consulting services
