Responsibilities
- Lead assigned project scopes, overseeing teams, subcontractors, and material logistics.
- Support planning, scheduling, and assigning personnel and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and communicate staffing, material, and equipment needs.
- Understand, follow, and enforce all applicable union agreement terms.
- Manage and direct assigned craft personnel on site.
- Accurately complete and submit time records for craft workers.
- Organize and oversee site cleanup following project completion.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a valid and insurable driving history.
