Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other services.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with security to ensure guest safety.
  • Provide directions and assist with transportation arrangements.
  • Offer recommendations for local activities and services.
  • Manage guest feedback and suggestions.
  • Assist with special events and group bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local area and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Handle emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
