Requirements
- A commitment to the mission and values of the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
- Substantial teaching experience, and experience of designing and delivering effective and engaging training and training of trainers, ideally with a specialism in computing education or a related field; a qualification in teaching is preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the STEM field.
- In-depth knowledge of how the formal education systems work in Odisha, including curriculum and teacher training requirements and delivery methods and the processes by which schools and communities adopt new programmes.
- Substantial project and programme management experience, including supporting delivery of large-scale, complex projects and contracts and monitoring and evaluation.
- Ability to engage with and manage critical on-ground government stakeholders during programme implementation work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in Odia.
- A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complexity.
- Good data, analytical, and reporting skills, and the ability to use data effectively to improve what we do.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with online learning experiences and products, with an understanding of how technology is changing learning is preferable.
- Experience of working in international organisations.
- Comfort with regular travel to schools in different parts of the state for meetings, training sessions, and support to teachers in effective implementation of the curriculum and necessary audits.
