Responsibilities
- Create software systems to automate CNC machining workflows
- Design algorithms capable of general-purpose 3D engineering analysis
- Build algorithms for generating toolpaths used in CNC machining
- Develop methods to convert 3D CAD models into alternative representations
- Implement feature recognition algorithms for 3D CAD data
- Produce and analyze synthetic 3D model datasets for testing and validation
- Write reliable, maintainable code with proper documentation using tools like BitBucket and Jira
