Humana Inc. is looking for a Compliance Professional to ensure adherence to governmental requirements for Medicaid State reporting. You will tackle moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation, helping us put health first for our members.
What You'll Do
- Manage state reporting for assigned Medicaid market(s), including contracts and data gathering.
- Research compliance issues and recommend changes to meet contract obligations.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies.
- Coordinate implementation and compliance with corrective action plans.
- Begin to influence department strategy.
- Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical project approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones within the contiguous United States.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years in healthcare, insurance, or financial services).
- Two (2) or more years of compliance and/or health insurance experience.
- Three (3) or more years of technical and computer navigation experience using multiple systems and platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing multiple or competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Experience with ESP.
- Graduate degree.

- Compensation: $65,000 - $88,600 per year.
