TransUnion is hiring a Compliance Operations Analyst to support the development and strategic implementation of our global Enterprise Issue Management Program. You will work under the guidance of the Issue Management Program Manager, leading key program elements to help identify, mitigate, and manage issues across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Support all aspects of the global issue management program, including implementing processes, tools, and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor, and report issues.
- Revise program documentation such as policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Enhance program processes, systems, tools, templates, and job aides as directed.
- Support the development of training materials and assist in training stakeholders on program elements and systems.
- Assist with program initiatives to improve processes and performance, identify redundancies, consolidation opportunities, and best practices.
- Work with employees at all levels across the company to support implementation of program activities.
- Provide real-time, deskside support and messaging for employees in the use of software for effective application of program assignments.
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) evaluations of Issues, Corrective Actions, and Tasks in accordance with program expectations.
- Support ad hoc projects with oversight from manager.
- Support development and distribution of guidance to global partners on using tools/processes, performing root cause analysis, conducting investigations, documenting results, and monitoring remediation.
- Prepare summaries and responses to verbal and written questions and user comments.
- Review and assist in maintenance of detailed procedural documentation and training materials.
- Support development and release of communications to the user base.
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with employees at all levels in both large and small group settings.
- Utilize Onspring for maintenance of Issues as requested.
- Support large and small group training on basic use of the issue management system.
- Assist in activities to enhance current issue management processes with Onspring customizations to streamline processes, reporting, and improve user experience.
- Collaborate effectively on issues, program projects, system enhancements, and other items with various levels and business units within TransUnion.
- Ensure knowledge gained from efforts is documented, disseminated, and understood.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of practical experience in general office support activities, customer service, business communications, issue management, and basic analytical tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Detail and deadline oriented with attention to detail, conscientiousness, and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to execute routine work independently and provide quality deliverables on deadline.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills in both large and small group settings.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Commitment to personal development and ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs/priorities.
- Ability to independently perform program’s operational tasks and demonstrate judgement on when to escalate roadblocks and problems.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively and efficiently, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn the issue management system (currently Onspring Issue Management Applications) to assist others.
- Must reside in South Africa in a home that is fibre ready with space to work comfortably and confidentially.
- A minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in South Africa.
