Responsibilities
- Partner with the Quality Lead to manage compliance and quality assurance initiatives within the clinic.
- Conduct routine data evaluations to detect trends and opportunities for quality enhancement.
- Supervise communications across multiple platforms to verify compliance with established standards.
- Analyze patient feedback, satisfaction results, and experience data to detect potential risks.
- Support the Quality Lead in delivering timely compliance updates to senior leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and sustain quality performance benchmarks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and risks related to telehealth delivery.
- Execute risk reduction strategies to maintain alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Identify proactive improvements to strengthen compliance and service quality.
- Support clinic-related legal processes and responses to external information inquiries.
- Carry out periodic audits across operations and contribute findings to issue reporting.
- Collaborate with the Quality Lead to generate performance dashboards using KRIs and KPIs.
- Assist the Head of Compliance in preparing compliance and risk reports for leadership and regulators.
