Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate training records and safety documentation in accordance with legal and internal standards.
- Create and implement a Site Safety Management Plan to uphold a uniform safe working environment for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct regular audits of the Safety Management Plan and revise it as needed to meet evolving regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Support the rollout and coordination of Health & Safety and Food Safety (BRCGS) training programs at the site.
- Collaborate with site leadership during incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective steps.
- Ensure all required site safety inspections are carried out completely and on schedule.
- Keep all safety notice boards and communication areas up to date, including policies, certifications, meeting minutes, site rules, and first aid locations.
- Uphold high standards of safety training, BRCGS compliance, and workplace health and safety practices.
Compensation
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
