Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between the department and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Ensure that all compliance activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance-related matters to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of compliance-related policies and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance-related research and analysis.
  • Prepare compliance-related reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of compliance-related training materials.
  • Conduct compliance-related audits and inspections.
  • Provide guidance on compliance-related matters to external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of compliance-related guidelines and standards.
  • Conduct compliance-related investigations and inquiries.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance-related matters to other departments.
  • Assist in the development of compliance-related policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or public administration.
  • Certification in compliance or a related field.
  • Experience in a government or public sector environment.
